Integrating mind, body, and soul for better mental health
I believe effective psychotherapy only occurs through a trusting relationship. Fostered through deep listening in our sessions, I set out to learn your unique story and apply my training, experience, and expertise so that you can gain relief.
I welcome all individuals, couples, and families in my practice. Many of my clients are artists, writers, and creatives looking to integrate the psychological shadow that hinders creative flow.

An approach to therapy…
Integrating mind, body, and soul
Traumatic experiences can break trust. Repairing that trust is facilitated through one’s relationship with others.
In order to restore the path towards wholeness we must work together. Psychotherapy is a place where you can rediscover your strength, resilience, and free up the inner entanglements.
I approach therapy with an integrative eye and ear, which means I tailor the treatment to support your unique emotional, cognitive, and psychological well-being so that you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I use the following modalities and theories (* specialized certifications) in my practice:
Mindfulness-based CBT *
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Attachment theory and affective neuroscience *
Transpersonal and spiritual perspectives
Jungian-oriented dream exploration *
Psychodynamic psychotherapy *
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Somatic psychotherapy *
I aim to provide a safe, affirmative space for individuals of marginalized indigenous and spiritual groups, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I am influenced by Buddhist and Sufi spiritual practices, multi-cultural and cross-cultural studies, intergenerational trauma, and a feminist approach to power dynamics.
